Sir Keith Mills, Team Principal, recruited a world class team from the outset. Initial key team members recruited included Mike Sanderson as Team Director and Ben Ainslie and Skipper and Helmsman.

The team has progressed far in terms of organisational structure and set up with the core areas of design, build, shore, sailing and commercial all planned and ready to move forward.
